    Customer Support Specialist

    We are looking for a self-motivated professional to join our Customer Support team who will provide clients with excellent user experiences and facilitate client retention by building strong customer relationships.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Fluent English (required).

    • Previous experience with a Telecom company an advantage.

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    • Passion for helping people and going the extra mile for customers.

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

    • Knowledge of high level customer service principles and practices.

    • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new applications.

    • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.

    • Great work ethic, be conscientious with attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage difficult customer situations with professionalism.

    • A motivation to improve themselves and the customer experience.

    • Availability to work afternoon and night shift.
